All-Inclusive Drinks Terms and Conditions

For Hotel Guests only with minimum 7 Nights stay
All or none of the guest within the party/reservation are to be under all-inclusive drinks for entire period of reservation.
No alcoholic drinks for persons under the age of 20 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking)
Drinks are to be consumed within the outlet. No takeaways allowed.
All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only.
- 11am to 10pm at Kamala Restaurant
- 11am to 7pm at Pool Bar

Next drink is to be served only after previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.

Drinks are to be order for self only. No ordering drinks for other people.

In the event that the Hotel suspect that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserve the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levy a 10,000 THB Fine per guest at the hotel's discretion.

Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to self and others at the hotel’s own discretion.

All inclusive drinks starts at 3pm on check-in date and ends at 12pm on check-out date

Guests are to order from all inclusive drinks menu only. Hotel reserves the right to amend All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
